Join Suat Tuzlak, former owner of the acclaimed Alpine Bakery in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, for this Cooking Around The World class, which takes place from 5-7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 17, at the Sitka Kitch community rental commercial kitchen located in the First Presbyterian Church on Sawmill Creek Road.
Cost is $27.50 for the class, plus a food/supply fee that will be based on the number of participants. Your spot is not secured until you pay. You can pay online with a debit or credit card or PayPal through this site. If you would like to pay by check or cash, call Chandler or Clarice of the Sitka Conservation Society at 747-7509 to arrange a payment time. Registration closes at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, and the class requires eight students for it “to go”.
